Matthew has led many successful strategic programmes and initiatives in higher education. He considers not only the optimal strategy for an organisation, but also the innovation, capability and capacity required to execute successfully. He builds strong networks of partners and associates to deliver excellence, and cultivates a culture which allows individuals and teams to experiment and innovate.
Having led largescale educational programmes, Matthew practises extensive consultation to build a common vision, and then leads and supports where necessary to deliver.
Matthew’s natural curiosity and desire to ensure that students derive maximum impact from their experience led to a great collaboration between Oxford and Intrinsic Labs. This approach allows him to design programmes which will help develop the leaders we need over the coming years.
