Matthew was instrumental in forging and then developing what has become a strategic partnership between Oxford and EY. His natural inclination to look beyond the immediate opportunity, coupled with his ability to “speak the language” of both organisations has led to a highly fruitful relationship for both organisations.

Matthew led the Oxford MBA through the pandemic and out the other side, and then worked across the Oxford community to redesign the programme for the future. He is an exceptional collaborator and communicator, and is always striving to deliver the best possible learning experience for his students, to maximise the educational impact and value for all. It has been a true pleasure working with Matthew.

Matthew’s natural curiosity and desire to ensure that students derive maximum impact from their experience led to a great collaboration between Oxford and Intrinsic Labs. This approach allows him to design programmes which will help develop the leaders we need over the coming years.
